A floor plan of the show will create the parameters for the total square footage of available exhibit space within the venue, quantity of booths available within the space and allowance for feature areas.  Our planners also design to ensure that aisles and public spaces meet all local safety and fire regulations.

 

Our exhibit designers understand the importance of brand recognition.  A unique design will draw new customers to your exhibit.  Whether this is your first show or you are an experienced exhibitor, we will design to meet your budget and individual requirements. 

Draped Booths are the standard of the Show Services industry in North America. Drape defines the exhibit area allotted to each exhibitor.  As a show or event producer, we have choices available to create a unique look and feel for your show or event.

We have a variety of booth package options to choose from which provide and economical solution with a more custom look.  These booths can be further customized with graphics to create a very unique exhibit option.  

Looking to create a custom look for your brand?  You can choose from our design samples and customize them or our team will work with you to create a distinctive design while respecting your budgets.

BES has a variety of standard aisle and booth carpet options.  Underpad and protective plastic are also available.  We can provide custom colour options for booth carpeting.  A minimum of 30 days lead time is required for custom orders.

Our poster boards are available in two standard sizes - 4' x 6' and 4' x 8'.  They are double sided and Velcro and push pin compatible.
