Kevin LeGallais
President - Director of Sales & Operations

 

Kevin started in the trade show industry in 1991 while attending Carleton University. Kevin started on set up crews in the Ottawa events industry and has turned his lifelong involvement into the Trade & Consumer Show industry. He rose through the ranks quickly to oversee the company operations of the local general service contractor for many years eventually relocating to Toronto after 8 years to manage the freight operations for the Toronto office of a North American show services contractor. After a few years of this, he was able to switch over to an international show producer overseeing the operations of their large Toronto events and lending support to other properties. In 2006, the decision was made to venture into entrepreneurship and began consulting in the event management of both trade and consumer events, looking after some marquee events in Toronto. In 2010, he went back to his roots and launched a general show services company looking to bring his operational expertise as a supplier and knowledge of the show producing industry together.

Karyn Herbert
Manager - Operations & Senior Site Supervisor


As the Manager of Operations,  Karyn works closely with with the Director of Operations, sales, warehouse and custom exhibits to ensure the process is smooth between all areas of the business. Karyn has over 30 years of experience in the trade show industry in various areas, such as exhibit design, project management, estimating and site supervision.  Karyn brings a strong background of construction and design which enables her to foresee ways to create processes to streamline a project from conception to installation on site. 

Rebecca LeGallais
Vice President -  Director of Marketing & Custom Exhibits

Rebecca began her career as a project manager for a family-owned Custom Exhibit Design and Fabrication company.  Her expertise lay with large government contracts for pavilion and group stands for the British Government.  After the sale of the family business, Rebecca continued her career as the Exhibits & Design Manager at the Toronto office of a North American Service Contractor.  Within a few years, she went back to her roots in custom exhibit design and fabrication as an Account Manager for large corporate clients across North America and Canada. 

Rebecca has been in the trade show industry for over 30 years in various management positions from managing large corporate exhibits to national pavilions worldwide.  Rebecca oversees the day to day in the office as well as marketing and custom exhibit sales and management. It is our goal to make your exhibit experience and easy and hassle-free as possible.
